The Concerted Literacy Councils of Quebec (CLCQ) is composed of eleven Quebec anglophone community-based literacy councils.

The CLCQ represents the following councils: Chateauguay Valley Literacy Council, Gaspesie Literacy Council, Laurentian Literacy Council, The Learning Exchange, Literacy Unlimited, Quebec City Reading Council, RECLAIM (Reading Council for Literacy Advance in Montreal, which also serves as the fiduciary council), South Shore Reading Council, St-Francis Reading Council, Western Quebec Literacy Council, and the Yamaska Literacy Council.
