Karen Coutts works for the QUILL Learning Network, based in Walkerton, Ontario.   Helping people and being involved in the community have always been very important to Karen.  She has worked in many sectors over the years, including property management, manufacturing, health services and retail, and is able to bring a worker’s perspective from each of these contexts to her activities in the literacy field.
