Return on Expectations (ROE)

One of the issues discussed during the Institute was that Return on Expectations (ROE). ROE is defined in The Kirkpatrick Four Levels: A Fresh Look After 50 Years as "[f]ocusing training and reinforcement efforts on the stated bottom-line expectations of business partners, with the goal of delivering the key outcomes / results they expect.
