Lifelong Learning and Québec's English Speaking Community: May 2003 - Study Mission to Europe Report and Recommendations

In May 2003, a delegation of 15 English-speaking educators from Quebec visited 4 European countries and the OECD. Their purpose was to explore how concepts of Lifelong Learning have been put into practice. Their report examines how European experience can influence the implementation of Québec's Policy on Adult Education and Continuing Education and Training in the English-speaking sector.
